Design Creations is committed to protecting visitors' privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information practices currently implemented on designcreations.us, including the site's account, comment, cookie, and security features. It also identifies services that do not currently exist and explains how future information collection will be disclosed.
Ordinary browsing. You can read the public website without creating an account or directly providing personal information. The public website does not request government identification numbers, driver's license information, telephone numbers, payment-card information, or precise geolocation through its ordinary features.
Like other websites, the hosting environment may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure pages, such as an IP address, request time, requested URL, referring URL, browser user agent, and error details.
Reader accounts and authentication. The current public sign-in page uses an onsite username and password. When a visitor creates a local reader account, Design Creations collects a display name, username, password, acceptance of the Reader Comment Terms, and an optional answer about how the visitor heard about Design Creations. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as one-way hashes rather than readable text. The account record also contains an internal account identifier, role, account status, and creation and update timestamps.
At registration, the site records the IP address, browser user-agent string, accepted browser language, browser-reported time zone, and referring page supplied with the request. These details support account security, abuse prevention, and administrative review. A new-account notice containing the account and registration details is sent internally to the site administrator; it does not include the password, recovery code, or reCAPTCHA token.
Comments, reactions, and authored content. Signed-in visitors may submit comments and replies in supported Writing, Blog, and Gallery areas. The site stores the submitted text, content location, category, account identifier, moderation state, timestamps, and any vote or reaction associated with the account. Public comment displays may show the account's display name and role. Authors and administrators may also submit and manage site content through protected interfaces.
Contact requests. Visitors must submit a name, subject, message, and preferred reply method through the Contact Us form by providing an email address, a United States phone number, or a Facebook profile URL. Visitors may also voluntarily attach supported image, WEBM media, plain-text, or PDF files. Design Creations stores the submitted information, attachments, request status, and submission and update timestamps so authorized administrators can review and handle the request. Contact details and attachments are used to process the visitor's request, not for unsolicited marketing. Limited technical request information may be processed to prevent abuse and accidental duplicate submissions, but the contact request record does not store a raw IP address. Visitors may use Contact Us to request access to or deletion of information they submitted, subject to reasonable identity verification and applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and sessions. Design Creations uses a small number of first-party cookies for signed-in sessions, Writing shopping-cart selections, page-specific text-alignment preferences, Light or Dark appearance preferences, optional comment-notification choices, and the latest comment marked as seen. Shopping-cart session data contains configured product identifiers and quantities, not payment credentials. Details and controls are available in the Cookie Policy and the site's Cookie Manager.
Security service. Local account registration and password recovery use Google reCAPTCHA. The browser loads Google's reCAPTCHA script, and the site sends the reCAPTCHA response and the request IP address to Google for verification. Google's handling of that information is governed by Google's own terms and privacy practices.
Design Creations uses currently collected information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, provide comment and voting features, display submitted content, remember visitor preferences, enforce website terms, moderate misuse, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the website, deliver requested services, respond to inquiries, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Design Creations may inspect or disclose relevant information when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect the safety or rights of visitors or Design Creations, preserve evidence, enforce site policies, or respond to a lawful court order, subpoena, or other legally binding process.
Design Creations plans to expand its user account functionality. When those services become available, the information required to create and maintain an account, its intended uses, and the available privacy controls will be disclosed before visitors are asked to provide that information.
Design Creations does not currently operate an email-marketing or promotional mailing list.
Website updates, announcements, and other notices are handled through the notification and announcement features available on the website.
If we introduce an email notification or subscription service in the future, participation will be strictly opt-in. Visitors will choose the information they want to receive, and no one will be automatically enrolled.
Subscribers will be able to change their preferences or unsubscribe.
Design Creations is committed to remaining SPAM FREE. We will not use visitor information for unsolicited marketing campaigns.
Design Creations offers an EPUB purchase option processed externally by PayPal. Loading a page containing the PayPal checkout control or choosing its purchase link connects the visitor's browser to PayPal. PayPal may process payment, account, contact, transaction, device, cookie, and ordinary request information under PayPal's own terms and privacy practices.
Design Creations does not collect or store customers' full payment-card numbers, CVV codes, bank credentials, or PayPal passwords on its own systems. PayPal handles the payment transaction and may provide Design Creations with transaction and order information needed to confirm a purchase, provide the requested product, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, or meet legal obligations.
Design Creations will collect or retain only the order information reasonably necessary to confirm the transaction, provide the requested product or service, arrange delivery when applicable, resolve disputes, and meet legitimate accounting or legal obligations. For protected digital purchases, this may include PayPal transaction identifiers and status history, purchaser contact information supplied by PayPal, purchased-item details, download-authorization status, expiration and download counts. Download tokens are stored only as one-way hashes.
Design Creations may introduce a customer testimonial system in the future.
Testimonials will be submitted voluntarily, and only the information necessary to display the testimonial will be requested.
Customers will be able to choose what identifying information, if any, accompanies their testimonial.
We will obtain affirmative permission before publishing a testimonial or identifying information.
Any requests for customer feedback will be made in direct response to a customer's interaction or request. Feedback requests will not be automatically generated, unsolicited, or based on a default opt-out arrangement.
Design Creations may introduce user-to-user communication features in the future. Such functionality will follow our existing privacy commitments, require appropriate user consent, and comply with applicable legal requirements. Any additional information collected or shared through those features will be disclosed before they become available.

The current process places an eligible local account into a 30-day pending-deletion period, hides its comments, and then removes or anonymizes account information when the deletion is finalized. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce site terms, preserve the integrity of discussion threads, or comply with law. Information in backups may remain isolated until the applicable backup is replaced or deleted.
Design Creations uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the information it processes. These measures include hashed local passwords and recovery codes, secure and HttpOnly session cookies, request-security tokens, access controls, rate limiting, and restricted administrative functions.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Visitors should use secure devices, protect their credentials and recovery codes, and understand that information transmitted over the internet carries inherent risk.
Design Creations does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using account and comment features, a visitor represents that they are at least 18 or that they are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to that minor dependent's use of the website.

Design Creations may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, investigations, enforcement of site terms, legal compliance, or the integrity of discussion records.
Cookies. Visitors can use the site's Cookie Manager to view detected Design Creations cookies and request deletion of individual, selected, or all detected cookies that the website can remove. Browser privacy settings can also remove or reject cookies, although doing so may sign the visitor out or reset website preferences.
